As you can imagine we have a huge backlog of clients on our waiting list, which is why we are having to update our cancellation policy.

In order to manage our diary efficiently and make sure we can offer your space to someone on the waiting list it is essential that we have enough notice to do so.

Therefore, we ask for at least 24 hours notice of a cancellation within our opening hours. We will refund any appointments that have been cancelled within this time frame.

Late cancellation will incur a fee of 25% to be deducted from your refund.


There are no refunds for no-shows or failure to notify us of a cancellation.

Cancelling and Rescheduling due to feeling unwell?


We ask that you reschedule your appointment if you are feeling unwell or have been asked to self-isolate.

In this case we will add your name to a priority booking list and reschedule you as soon as you are able to make the appointment. 


All you have to do, if you need to cancel, is log back into your online booking account, select My Bookings, and cancel your appointment.

Refunds should be processed within 24 hours but will take 5-10 working days to appear back in your account.

Please note: A late cancellation fee will be charged if you do not give us enough notice.
