As you can imagine we have a huge backlog of clients on our waiting list, which is why we are having to update our cancellation policy.
In order to manage our diary efficiently and make sure we can offer your space to someone on the waiting list it is essential that we have enough notice to do so.
Therefore, we ask for at least 24 hours notice of a cancellation within our opening hours. We will refund any appointments that have been cancelled within this time frame.
No-shows or failure to notify us of a cancellation will result in a £20 cancellation fee.
Cancelling and Rescheduling due to feeling unwell?
We ask that you phone to reschedule your appointment if you are feeling unwell or have been asked to self-isolate.
In this case we will add your name to a priority booking list and reschedule you as soon as you are able to make the appointment.
