PHASE 3 GUIDELINES:
Welcome to Phase 3.
If you have been to visit us during Phase 1 and 2, you will be familiar with all of the changes.
If you are new to us, then please take a moment to read through our Covid-19 safety procedures and guidelines - it will help with your booking, prepare for your visit and tell you what to expect on the day.
BOOKING YOU IN
1: LOCKDOWN 3
If your appointment was effected by Lockdown #3 (December 2020 - March 2021) and you didn't request a refund, we have your booking details and you are on our priority list.
We will be contacting you once we have confirmed dates to reschedule your appointment.
48 hours before your appointment you will receive an email confirmation with some forms that we need you to complete and submit. These include our COVID-19 Health Check and your usual Belle & Blackley consultation forms.
2: BOOK ONLINE/DEPOSIT
You can book and manage your appointment online.
If you are a Senior or a Student you can add the Promo Code SENIOR or STUDENT at the checkout. Please note: we will need to see your student ID to verify your student status at your appointment.
5: PATCH TEST
Colour clients will require a patch test to be done at least 48 hours before a colour service application.
This can either be posted out to you or you can arrange to collect it from the salon.
Our new Prepay system is the safest way to ensure payments are contactless, eliminating the need for people to gather at the front desk and helping us maintain a social distance.
Your stylist will contact you if we need to make any changes or add a Full Consultation over video chat to your service.
Please arrive on time - we want your style team to be able to focus on you and make the most of your appointment.

Unfortunately we cannot offer you our usual menu of refreshments. There will be a fridge with chilled water available.
Give us a buzz when you arrive. Your stylist may take a moment to make sure their chair is ready for you.
Entry is by appointment only.
Please don't bring anyone with you to your appointment.
At a later phase we may introduce "Bubble" appointments where you'll be able to book with a group. But for now it's just you!
We won't have access to our cloakroom so please only bring things that you can keep with you. Your chair will be your own for the duration of the visit.
NO CASH PAYMENTS
All services should be prepaid and any purchases in the salon must be contactless.
Our reception area, washroom and every seat will have a hand sanitiser station for you to use.
CLIENT CARE PPE
On arrival each client will be given a sealed bag with a disposable gown, cape and towel for them to use during their visit.
Each stylist will have their own dedicated working area complete with tools/kit/hair products and a cleaning kit.
Your stylist will be wearing a visor and other standard PPE during your visit.
There will be dividing screens up at the basins to keep the seats isolated from each other.
Masks will be required. We will have disposable masks available for you to use if you don't want to wear your own whilst having a colour application
