If you are new to the salon, you may be unfamiliar with our booking system. Here's a quick play by play to explain our system and the measures we take in the salon to keep you all safe!

1: OPEN AN ACCOUNT

At our booking portal you can set up an online account - where you will be able to make and manage your bookings.  

Booking Tips:
If you are getting a colour service done, choose that first and then select your accompanying cut or style only options!

4: PREPAY

We want to focus on you during your time at the salon and eliminate the uncertainty of not knowing the final price of your service until you are done! Our Prepay system means you don't have to worry about your bill while you are in so you can just sit back and relax.

7: PATCH TEST

Colour clients will require a patch test to be done at least 48 hours before a colour service application.

This can either be posted out to you or you can arrange to collect it from the salon.

2: VIDEO CONSULTATION

If you are unsure of what to book or would like to speak to a member of our team for some advice you can book in for a video consultation. 

5: CONFIRMATION

48 hours before your appointment you will receive an email confirmation with some forms that we need you to complete and submit. These include our COVID-19 Health Check and your usual Belle & Blackley consultation forms.

8: STAND BY LIST

If you can't find an appointment that suits you or you have a booking but would love to come in sooner, then you can be added to our Stand By List 

Our team will add you to the list and ONLY contact you if a space becomes available.

3: BOOK ONLINE/DEPOSIT

You can book and manage your appointment online.

If you are a Senior or a Student you can add the Promo Code SENIOR or STUDENT at the checkout. Please note: we will need to see your student ID to verify your student status at your appointment.

6:  HAIR PREP

For certain appointments, we need you to arrive with your hair prepped.

9: CANCELLING 

You can cancel your appointment via your online booking account.

Refunds are processed at the end of the week and can take between 5-10 business days, depending on your bank system.

Please note that late cancellations (less than 24 hours) are subject to a cancellation fee.

Our reception area, washroom and every seat will have a hand sanitiser station for you to use.

WORK ZONES

Each stylist will have their own dedicated working area complete with tools/kit/hair products and a cleaning kit.

MASKS

Masks are no longer mandatory in the salon, but you may see team members still wearing them and please feel free to wear one yourself if it makes you feel more comfortable.
