PREPAY: All appointments are prepaid - this allows us to ensure all payments are completely contactless and maximise the time you have in the salon with your stylist. Appointments are fully refundable as long as we have received the required notice. Please refer to our cancellation policy for details.
PROMO CODES: The following Promo Codes can be used at checkout on certain services, if relevant to you: SENIOR or STUDENT. Please bring valid student ID to your appointment.
UPLOAD IMAGES: Please feel free to upload a recent photo of your hair when you create your online account. It will help us to make sure you are booked in for the correct service and make sure we have everything we need ready for your arrival.
CONFIRMATION EMAIL: Once you have booked in you will be sent a booking confirmation and a receipt.
CONSULTATION FORMS: 48 hours before your appointment you will receive an email from the salon that contains some forms we need you to complete and submit. We will need you to complete a COVID-19 Health Form (which includes the government requirements for contact tracing) and of course your usual Belle & Blackley Consultation forms.
FOLLOW UP CONSULTATION: Your stylist will contact you if we need to make any changes or add additional services. For example: Colour clients will need to do a Patch Test or we may need to book you in for a Full Consultation over video chat.
If you are getting a colour service done, choose that first and then select your accompanying cut or style only options!
STAND BY LIST: If you can't find an appointment that suits you or you have a booking but would love to come in sooner, then you can be added to our Stand By List by completing the form below.
